Terms

1. The Babygrowers Discount Card or membership is not transferrable.
   
    
2. The Discount card can only be used in the participating 'Partners' retail outlets (where applicable) or for online purchases through the website: www.babygrowers.co.uk until the expiry date on the card, or membership.
   
    
3. Misuse of the Discount Card may result in the withdrawal of the card with no refund.
   
    
4. No refund may be obtained once the Discount Card has been dispatched by Babybrowers Discount Card Ltd (BDC Ltd), which will be by first class post, or confirmation email sent to joining member.
   Should the card be lost or stolen, you must notify BDC Ltd immediately in writing. No refund shall be made but a replacement card may be issued at the discretion of BDC Ltd.
   
    
5. From time to time, additional 'Partners' may join the scheme, notification of which will be on the website, as will the parting 'Partner' details.
                      
    
6. All 'Partners' have indemnified and will keep BDC Ltd indemnified against any claim made against it.  
   
    
7. In the unlikely event of a dispute arising with a 'Partner', that dispute must initially be directed with that 'discount partner'.Should this fail to be resolved the assistance of BDC Ltd may be sought. However, the 'discount Partners' decision is final.
   
    
8. Purchasing your card acknowledges that you have read and agreed with these terms. We may send partner offers to you from time to time, which feel may be relevant to you. However, we shall not pass on any data to an outside third party.
